How do I verify who you are?

Shanghai Bridge is operated by a named contact under a registered sole-proprietor business license (details shown, sensitive fields masked). A no-crime-record summary and business registration are available on request. Video call before any payment is standard.

We do not float your funds. Goods and material costs go directly to the supplier or a segregated settlement, and our service fee is collected in stages and you release the balance only after inspection evidence — we never ask for 100% upfront.

What if something goes wrong?

If something goes wrong, we resolve it case by case. Your goods and material costs never pass through us, so your exposure is limited to the service fee — and settlement is frozen while a dispute is open, so nothing is released until it is resolved.

How fast do you respond?

We reply every inquiry the same business day during business hours (09:00–21:00 China time). Outside those hours, we reply by next morning. We do not promise around-the-clock availability.
